Ahoj!

   Konečně jsem si udělala čas a rozhodla jsem se sem dát fotky z letošní dovolené v Egyptě. Musím říct, že celá dovolená byla opět obrovská zkušenost - pro příště už vím, že pokud budu chtít klidnou a bezproblémovou dovolenou tak do Egypta né. 

   Tyhle fotky jsou z výletu, kam jsme se náhodou vydali - nechali jsme si z hotelu zavolat taxi v domnění, že nás zaveze do vesnice asi 20km vzdálené od hotelu, tam nás nechá 3 hodiny na pospas a pak nás zase zaveze zpět - nic víc, nic míň. 

   Taxi nás opravdu do vesnice zavezlo, ale sotva jsme vystoupili, už se nás ujal mladý místní chlapec a začal nám ukazovat město. A život takový, jaký tam opravdu je. Nutno říct, že to nebyla zrovna turistická destinace - žádné další turisty jsme tam za celou dobu nepotkali a všude byla vyloženě cítit chudoba. 

   Vybrala jsem pár fotek, pomocí kterých bych chtěla naši prohlídku ilustrovat. Záměrně jsem vybírala fotky, na kterých jsou pouze místní a na kterých nejsme my - snad budete z fotek cítit alespoň trochu tu místní atmosféru.

   I finally found some time to upload photos from this summer vacation in Egypt. The whole holiday was a huge experience - next time I know that if I want a problem-free holiday, I have to choose other country than Egypt.

   These photos are from the trip where we went by a taxi - we were expecting that it will drop us in the village, we will walk around for a couple of hours and then it will come back for us and take us back to the hotel. But as soon as we arrived to the village, the young man took us on the walk through the whole village and we saw it the way it really is - turist-free destination and very poor. 

   I chose a few photos as I wanted to illustrate our trip a little bit. I didn't include any photos of us - it just didn't feel right - I hope you'll feel the atmosphere of the place the way we felt it.

We Run Prague 2014

   Tak zase po dlouhé době přináším nový příspěvek.

   Dost věcí se u mě v poslední době změnilo a tak jsem se rozhodla, že tenhle blog nebudu věnovat jenom módě (přece jenom, od toho jsou tu jiní, že Kačí), ale i běhání a cestování a možná jiným věcem, prostě všemu, co mě baví.

   Letos jsem již podruhé běžela Nike Run Prague. Začala jsem trénovat někdy na jaře a letos jsem měla jasný cíl: zaběhnout závod pod hodinu. A povedlo se!

   I've got a new post for you after a while.

   A lot of things changed recently, so I decided to change my blog a little bit as well and share with you some posts about running and travelling and maybe some other things I like.

   This year I participated in the race We Run Prague for the second time. I started my training in spring and I wanted to finish the race in less than 1 hour, which I did! :)

   A jak se mi závod líbil?
   Spousta lidí si na organizaci letošního závodu stěžovala, ale mně přišel fajn. Byla nová trasa, na konci závodu na nás čekalo občerstvení a hlavně jsme letos měli krááásná trička! :)

   And how did I like the race?
   Many people said that the organisation of the race was bad, but I really liked it. There was a new way we ran, we got plenty of food and drinks in the end and we had really nice t-shirts this year! :)

FCUK fashion show

   Včera jsme byly s kamarádkou Káťou na módní přehlídce firmy French Connection v pražském F-clubu a bylo to tak super, že se s vámi nemůžu nepodělit.

   Last night I was with my friend Kate on French Connection fashion show in f-club in Prague and it was so great I just have to share it with you! :)

   Čekaly jsme, že bude dost plno, a tak jsme raději přišly ještě půl hodiny před předpokládaným začátkem akce. Naše obavy ale byly zbytečné, a tak jsme byly nakonec až v 7 vpuštěny nahoru. Daly jsme si drink a sedly si do pohodlných křesel. Ani jsme se nenadály a už bylo 8., tak jsme si šly stoupnout k "molu", kde se měla přehlídka odehrávat. Ta začla asi ve čtvrt na 9. a trvala zhruba půl hodiny. Modely byly opravdu krásné a několik šat bych si tam určitě vybrala. :)

   We expected it would be very crowdy, so we came about 30 minutes earlier, but there was no need. So we waited until 7 o'clock and then we entered the club. We had a drink and we've sat into the comfortable chairs. Time has passed really quick and it was already 8 o'clock, so we stood up and went closer to place where the show was supposed to be. It started about quarter past 8 and it was about 30 minutes long (or short, as it was really fun!). So many beautiful dresses!

   Mezi modelkami byl i jeden model, který také stojí za zmínku. :)) Po přehlídce následovala afterparty. 

   Co nás obě s Káťou uchvátilo byla paní, která překreslovala modely v reálném čase a nutno říct, že opravdu pěkně. Jak jsem dnes zjistila, tato paní se jmenuje Zuzana Osako a s French Connection mimo jiné přímo navázala spolupráci. V každém případě má můj veliký obdiv!

   I was really stunned by the lady who drew it all in real time and really well! I just realized today this lady is Zuzana Osako and she also works for FCUK right now. I really admire her!

   Čauky mňauky! :D

   Tak přinášim fotky z mé oslavy narozenin. Konala se v mém oblíbeném baru na okraji Prahy a mile
   mě překvapila hojná účast (asi 30 nebo 40 lidí), ale slavily jsme i s kamarádkou, tak asi proto :) Jinak
   je to asi naposledy, co něco organizuju, protože tolik stresu a starostí s tím... ale nakonec myslím, že
   se to povedlo.. :)

   Here are the photos from my birthday party. It was held in my favourite bar in Prague and I was 
   nicely surprised how many people came! (about 30 or 40), but we celebrated together with my 
   friend, so maybe that's why :) Anyway, I think it was the last time I was organising something, 
   because there was so much stress with that :P anyway, I think it was great!!

   Party byla ve stylu Mafie, a myslím, že kluci se na to hezky vyfikli ^^ :D

   A tady už je porota soutěže o nejlepší kostým :) A co vy, slavíte narozeniny raději v malém kruhu přátel nebo raději uspořádáte velkou party? :)

Fly-fly away

   Today's post is taken in Malaga airport (Spain). I want to show you mainly(!) the pink blazer I instantly fell in love with! It's from Stradivarious (amazing shop! Wish we had it in Czech...) 

   Funny fact: I took my mum to Starbucks for the first time :P

And I also finally bought myself Starbucks tumbler :) I'll show you in one of the next post's.

Hey girls! :)

    I didn't post anything for about a month now (I feel ashamed... not :). But I've got some news to share:

1. I got Bio-ionic straightenner for my 18th birthday and it's working perfectly! :) Would you like me to do some review about it? It's really magical.

2. I got an iPad2 for my birthday and it's magical as well... I don't thing you guys would be interested, but there is a few apps I really like and I could probably share with you? :)

3. I'm going to Spain this Sunday for a month (that means, hopefully, a lot of free time for blogging. :)

    These first two weeks I've been partying almost all the time... :)) And yesterday I saw the last Harry Potter. So sad!!! I was depressed whole today... it was whole my childhood and it just finished... anyway... :) 

   Here is just few photos from the last week - I've got a lot more, but it's not suitable for this blog, haha. :)

As most of the time of the holiday I spent out of the city, I'm trying to keep it simple - just a T-shirt and jeans, perfectly comfortable and not that bad looking. No original outfits this time... :)

18th birthday!

It's my birthday today!!! :)

   I wished the same as I wished on New Years Eve, falling stars night, Christmas, whenever I can make a wish.... and I really believe one day it will come true... maybe right now. :)

Přála jsem si to samé jako na Nový Rok, při noci padajících hvězd, na Vánoce, kdykoliv kdy si mohu něco přát... a opravdu věřím že jednou se to splní... možná právě teď. :)

My mum gave me a certificate, it says:"Gift certificate from Mum for Driving Lessons to Kačenka (me) for 18th Birthday".

Aneb máma se nechala inspirovat Slevomatem a darovala mi "voucher" na autoškolu. :)

I'm off for a dinner tonight! ^^

Bits and pieces of the last week

Ahoooj! :) (that's czech "Hello!".)
   So this was my first week in Czech after a year. Such a difference! I still still didn't get used to it (but my czech gets better everyday, haha ;). From the beginning, my dad told my I've got an accent! Would you believe it?!! :D I also pronounced bad some of the letters... :D
   So here is a few pictures from the last week.

This is like the best lighter ever! It's a watch, it's glowing in the dark when you open it and when you light it up, the fire is green!! (I couldn't take a photo of it, so you just have to trust me!:P) It was supposed to be a present but now I really want to keep it! >D

Socks I bought for my Dad. Yeah, he did pay for me whole year in England and I brought him socks, lame, right? :D Well, it was the best I could get...

Afternoon at my friend's place. :D Good times. We wanted to play tennis and look what we found... :D I couldn't stop laughing. That racquet must have been in that shed for at least milion years!! :D

One of the photos was taken just before I left, another one was taken just after I returned from England. If your still on doubt - the blonde one is a year ago, the black one is recent one. It's two different people, isn't it?

My mum took me for a "girly day" for my birthday. First we went to hairdressers, the for a lunch to have Sushi (yummi! :), massage in the afternoon, we did some shopping as well, then we went for a coffee and it finished in the theatre in the evening. (great show by the way :) "Zamilovat se"... "Fall in Love"...)

And this is me and Rickey! :) Gosh, I missed him so much!! 

It's good to be home! ^^
